Nikki was so many firsts for me. Nikki was my first collie I handled all the way from first
point to last point and my first homebred champion. Co-bred with Cheryl Kobularcik of
Cherann's Collies, this little girl was a dream come true. Nikki finished with four majors, two
under breeder judges and two under all-breed judges, in four weeks of showing and finished
on the day she turned a year old! Nikki was also the dam of my first collie to get a CCA class
placement, Cherann's Let Freedom Ring, Bushka, a blue rough bitch, placed third in the 9 -
12 AOC at the 2001 National. Bushka, who now lives in California, is searching for her last
major and a few minors to finish her Championship.
Nikki's daughter, Ch. Cherann's Sugar-Jo New Begin'g finished in April 2007.
