L'gacy Twist And Shout, or Judie as she is known, finished with a huge 5 point major under breeder judge Joan Kirkland at the Tulsa Collie Club specialty on January 29, 2005. Judie was shown for the first time last year at these shows where she went WB under Jo Gilstrap and Russ Kaufman. Judie's first major came at the Kansas City Speciality show under Larry Willeford. Judie also has a Best In Sweeps to her credit. She has truly been a joy to own and show. Judie is also a survivor. Judie lived through a tornado that destroyed our place on May 22, 2004 and when I found her she was so caked in mud and debris that I thought she was her tri mother whom she is built like and at that point we never thought she'd be shown again but it true collie spirit she bounced back and is doing fine; that is what makes this champion truly special. Judie's first litter of pups were whelped for her co-owner in June 2005. Judie was bred back to her father, Ch. Heatherri Let It Be. You can view the litter at Judie x Ringo pups. This litter produced several promising puppies including our Miles, Ch. L'gacy Cornerstone who finished easily in limited showing with three majors. Judie gave birth to her second litter of pups out of Ch. Oak Knolls Beau Ideal in August 2006. Judie was leased by Brian Elwell and Amy Ross of Oak Knoll Collies who generously let me stay on as a co-breeder of the litter. You can view this litter at Judie x Gavin pups Judie is the dam of Ch. L'gacy Cornerstone, Ch. L'gacy Twist Of Fate and Ch. Cherann's All You Need is Luv.
